If you want to delete your account and all associated data from Mine & Dungeon, you can do so by following the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from within the game

  1. Open Mine & Dungeon on your device
  2. Go to Settings menu
  3. Tap on "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your deletion request

Option 2: Request deletion via email

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Player ID and account information
  • Game progress and level data
  • Cloud save data

  • User preferences and settings
  • Any stored personal information

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All game progress and data will be lost. Please make sure you want to proceed before requesting deletion.

Processing Time

When we receive your deletion request, we will process it and delete your account and associated data within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
